Fresh Food Connections (FFC) is a collaborative project seeking to increase fresh food access by connecting SNAP-eligible communities in Michigan to farmers offering fresh produce through online stores. With thirteen participating sites across Detroit, Lansing, Ypsilanti, and the Western U.P., the program continues to grow and will expand to Pontiac in 2023.
