Cheesy Cauliflower Mash
Clean and trim the cauliflower, breaking it into bite-sized pieces. Boil or steam the cauliflower until fork-tender. Add cauliflower, butter, cream/yogurt into a high speed blender or food processor along with the cheese. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
