Delivery options depend on order size and location. Please call for delivery options. On-farm pick-up also available.

Please describe your credit/return policy if quality is unacceptable: Our product is USDA-inspected and frozen, so there should not be quality issues. We guarantee against spoilage.

Field Trips Top

Field trip description: A hay ride would take the students out to the pasture for a talk on the history of bison in North America. The talk would include the interrelationship of the bison with Native Americans. A description of the current challenges facing the bison industry and what is being done to face those issues. Cider and donuts at the conclusion. Bringing sack lunches would be great. We could discuss a buffalo burger cook-out.
