Cancellation Policy

A partner may cancel their membership service contract within 14 days of joining. At this time, they will receive a full refund less a $25 service fee and the cost of any services already fulfilled. Cancellations received after this stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

A partner may cancel their auto-renewal partnership contract up until their anniversary date. They will receive notification of their renewal three weeks in advance of this date. If a customer requests a cancellation after the anniversary date passes and the autorenewal has already been processed, they will receive a full refund less a $25 service fee and the cost of any services already fulfilled. Cancellations received after the publication of the Local Food Guide will not be eligible for a refund, but will cancel the auto-renewal effective for the following year.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email from the partner.  Refunds will be credited back to the original account used for payment.
